FAQs:

Delivery:

ASAP by post. A flyer listing suggested tours will be included with the gift voucher. In urgent cases, we will do our best to hand over the gift voucher to you in person in Berlin Mitte.


Payment:

An invoice will be enclosed with the gift voucher. The gift voucher will only be activated once payment has been received.


Validity:

In Berlin city centre for 12 months from the date of purchase.


Redeemability:

In the high season between 1 April and 31 October by prior arrangement. Please reserve your desired date and time at least one week in advance. Our hours of business are from 10 am to 8 pm each day; a supplement will be payable outside these hours. Our tours can also be booked during the low season, although restrictions may apply. .


Tours:

The recipient is free to discuss their desired starting point, destination and route with us.


Space:

Two adults. The guests’ total weight must not exceed 200 kg.


Weather:

We ride with the top down in summer, while a convertible top, distinctive canopy and plenty of warm blankets ensure that rain does not put a damper on our customers’ enjoyment. We do not ride in: storms or when a storm warning has been issued, ice, heavy snowfall, hail or temperatures below 5 degrees.
